Alanis Morissette, a Canadian was born on the 1st of June, 1974, in Ottawa. Alanis' Greek name is an feminine form of her father's name, Alan. Georgia is the full name of her mother and she shares two brothers: Chad Wade and Chad Wade. As a young girl she began to play the piano. And then, when she turned 21 at the age of 21, she began playing guitar. Alanis made a hit single in 1986 entitled Fate Stay With Me (b-side : Find The Right Man).
