LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30, 1984. He is an American professional basketball player. King James has been widely considered to be the greatest of all time basketball players. Michael Jordan is usually compared in discussions about which is the most outstanding player. James has four NBA titles. He has four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. And two Olympic gold medals. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs, has had the second most points in his career and ranks seventh among career assists. James has been named an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times. He was also selected on be named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. James was the third player to play in the NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from the year 2011 until 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, 10 rebounds and an assists in 2022. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. Media across the country portrayed him as a potential NBA superstar. He was a prep-to pro and was the first pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. He was named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year He quickly established himself as one of the league's premier players by winning an NBA MVP Award in both 2009 and 2010. James, who did not take home the title in Cleveland, in the year 2010, left as a free agent and signed with the Miami Heat. This was revealed by the book The Decision.
